Scarf Finish

Just popping in for a short visit to show you my new colorful scarf, I've worn it all weekend, apart from when I was sleeping we've hardly been seperated

I love you cosy new scarf....it wraps around twice perfect for the stormy windy weather we're having here in Ireland at the moment.
Made some blocks for my quilt bee today, they're all ready to be posted in the morning.....another job done!!!!

Am waiting on batting to arrive this week so I hope to finish a quilt that frankly should have been done 6 months ago, back later in the week with a reveal.....I hope.
Time for crochet fun & Stargate SG1
Hope you have a sweet evening
Thanks for dropping in
Lots of love Karen x

  3. Your scarf is wonderful! I can see why you wore it all weekend. How fun. I saw your name over in somebody's side bar and realized you were not showing up in mine anymore. I went and fixed that little problem. I guess I just assumed you were not posting anymore. DUH. Anyway, I love your scarf. Now to catch up on some other posts...

  5. Your scarf is gorgeous! I love the colours you chose. It looks like "spring" around your neck! The fringe is a nice touch, too!

  6. Hi Karen. Your scarf is so pretty! I would be wearing all the time too!! You have been busy, and I have been missing some of your posts!!
You asked about the jar of peppers I used in the peppered beef. Here, we call them Pepperoncinis. They are used primarily in Italian cuisine, and on sandwiches and such. They are spicy, but not overly so. I am not one who likes hot things, and this is not hot. Just a mild flavor, but a really good flavor. I like to buy them sliced, because, that saves me some work. But you can buy them whole too. They are sold where condiments are in my grocery. They are not banana peppers. Some people mistake them for banana peppers. I hope you can find them, because they sure pack a powerful punch for this easy beef dish!!!
    Hugs,
    Kris
